What is an Open Business? Imagine absolute transparency to the public. The public owns the company, view the organizational structure and goals, and can influence management decisions through a voting mechanism.
Now, imagine if the breed of capitalism the world knows today were to evolve into such a thing, where we the people can see and control the most powerful organizations we know.
